About cities and regions it's needed, and it's need to add story of names of each city and region and different name of one city/region in different cultures (e. g. Gdansk/Danzig)

It'd be interesting if you could only change the name of a region if you took it from someone else and have ruled it longer than the original owner.

I think it's not so good idea as it looked first time. But it will be interesting to change name of region back if it's conquered back and it was lost for a not so long time ago (for 2 or 3 centuries for example).
