Hello! Really looking forward to this game. but i want to know that, any plans for consoles release? civ vi already everywhere and it has a good sales. please, come to consoles!

You have to see that the code and the controls will have to be adapted to the other platforms. That takes time and more people would have to work on it. While Hmkd is the current main project of Amplitude, not the whole studio is working on it: we saw that some devs were preparing the PS4 and Switch release of DotE and others may still be working on new content for ES2 and Endless Legend.

Then you'd have to consider the upcoming next console generation of which we will get information during IGN's "Summer of Gaming"-event this year.

Perhaps porting the game to other platforms is already considered but I find it unlikely to get it done at the same time as the PC release.

Sorry to say, but at the moment we can only confirm PC and most likely Mac. As others have pointed out, a console version of a strategy game requires adjustments to the UI and control scheme.

If we do have further consoles to announce, you'll be sure to hear it here on G2G, though.
