It's easy, just go on the OpenDev page, fill in the form (scroll down a bit) to register. Once it's done, you'll receive a confirmation mail that you registered successfully.

Then, as for everyone who already registered, you'll have to wait a second email (in the next coming days i guess), informing you that you've been selected to test one of the three scenarios. The first scenario will be tested in July.
