Are there no developers who use headphones or lower the volume below 100% in the game?

As the title says, I've lowered in game volume to around 30% of normal, when a movie starts I go deaf.

How come no one in the development team has noticed this? 

Shouldn't be that hard to change the volume in the movies to fit with your settings, right?

Oh man. Amplitude if you can figure this out? You'll be my favorite game studio. All over again. : p
