Other players involved in opendev and I are sorting out opendev information. We noticed the feature of "boarding vessel", and its description is: no special rules.

So some people have questions: Does this description imply that there are special rules. Because they think there is no need to express this label in order to show that a ship cannot land. My personal opinion is that this tag is just to tell the player that this unit is a maritime unit that cannot land.

So we tested with the first opendev and combined the third battle with the second opendev. As a result, the troops with the "boarding vessel" label are purely maritime troops and cannot land, and only "naval transport" ships can land (because they are originally ground units).

However, at this time, some people still think that "boarding vessel" does not just mean "navy ships that cannot land", but refers to "melee ships." In my opinion, the front technology of ship technology is bow, so ships with the "boarding vessel" label should have the same 1 range long-range attack capability as the "naval transport" ship.

So I took some time to do another test, to contain the deer in the first opendev, and then successfully shot them with the "boarding vessel" ships, which confirmed that the "boarding vessel" ships also have long-range attack capabilities.

However, some people still think that the label "boarding vessel" has some special meaning. So we went back and found some descriptions in the endless legend. We found that "boarding vessel" is the name of a melee ship in the endless legend.

In Humankind's opendev, there has not yet been a "boarding vessel" ship with a 2-range attack capability, so some people think that a "boarding vessel" ship is used to explain that a unit's ship only has a 1-range attack capability.

So, what I want to ask is, does the label "boarding vessel" have any other meanings besides indicating that the unit is a vessel that cannot land?
