Yes we did change that a few months ago. Dragoons used to upgrade into helicopters as "rapid redeployment" unit. Now Dragoons upgrade into APCs (appropriate, as they were never true cavalry and the horse was primarily for getting around quickly.

Hi, I've noticed that the Promachoi unit can't be upgraded to Gaesati! Why not? They're the same unit class. Perhaps it's a bug.
