Did you know that actually Terra Incognita's map is a real-life world representation of Earth? The only differences are just that Antartica is in the middle of the map and all the end-game resources are there. In addition, every empire starts the game in its real location on earth (but some, like Spain, start in their colonies... they can't throw all the players in Europe)
