Noticed this in Hold The Fort scenario, and the town Oxeneford.

I wasn't aware that the tile to the left of Oxeneford is higher than the town tile.  As it's not too clear from the graphics, with no obious cliff or slope like other raised areas.

Can see the Jaguar Warriors have a +4 high ground advantage

It's possible to see the ledge if you have a keen eye, but very difficult. I only noticed it myself after seeing the high ground bonus not operating as expected. Hopefully they will add some height indicator in the UI, such as a border which changes color depending on height. I think putting a flat number on it would be a bit clunky. I don't want them to make the cliffs and ledges more exaggerated, as the terrain already looks somewhat unnatural with it's adherence to hexagonal shapes.

+1

I still want the world to feel immersive and kind of realistic looking or "grounded". Not have numbers tattooed into it. However tooltip when howeverying over a tile saying it's elevation level or somethging would be a nice addition, as I agree it's hard to tell alot of the times if a tile is higher or lower than the surrounding tiles.

Maybe another map type could be included, along with the ones showing FIDSI and the hexagon overlay. A bit of a tactical mapmode, to make better decisions in battle.

It would definitely help!
