With about 6 months until scheduled release, sometime in the near future I’d really like the opportunity to test, and to hammer out, bugs in multiplayer.  Things like what happens when player 1 hits alt f4 when he sees a massive army on his border.

As well, I’d like to start taking care of any bugs with connections such as: Steam to Steam, Stadia to Stadia, or even Steam to Stadia (not sure if that’s planned, or even possible.).  I don’t use Epic game store but I’m sure there are many people that do, who would love to test that front as well, so that on launch day we’ll have less problems on things like people leaving/joining mid game, as well as connecting in general.

Also would it be possible to add LAN play.  It’s so much easier setting up local games via system link, than having to create a game, lock it with a password, and tell your entire friend group the name of your game and its password.

Plus, if life gets back to a semi normal state, LAN parties are great fun for streamers and friend groups alike; just look at EU4’s Grandest LAN party.  These events are fun to watch, and are an excellent way to help new people connect with the game.
