Watching Youtubers play through Stadia OpenDev, I noticed a number of them failed to open the culture card details (despite there being a tooltip too), and instead picked a culture solely based on affinity.

Here you can see that this causes this Youtuber to transcend without really understanding what he is doing.

Don't understand Spanish, but it seemed like this person didn't understand he could see the culture LT, EQ, and EU simply by expanding the card. (However he sees them by opening the "ADOPT" menu.

This is all the examples I could find, out of about 9 or 10, but considering that these 3 seem to be the largest Youtubers who played the Stadia OpenDev, and that 2 of them seemed to be seasoned 4x (Nookrium) or City Building/Grand Strategy (Chices) player, with the 3rd (Raptor) not entirely new to the City builder genre either, this is still concerning.

Even not considering those inexperienced in this game, the UI could be a little smoother. It is a little awkward to have to move to each card, then open it up. I suggest that the center culture card expands automatically when you move onto it. The art being obscured is not a big issue, as you can see it in it's entirety if it's right next to the center card, and can be seen in the adopt screen. If it is still a problem, then the position and size of the UI elements can be adjusted until the top of the culture card is visible even when centered.
