Thank you for developing this great game and being so open to feedback. I`m so hyped for it, played over 1500 turns this OpenDev

Please don`t forget to add a planning screen (like in Civilization) where with the help of different kind of map pins and colors and other tools you can plan ahead for the future where to place districts and how to develop cities. That is something that is truly missing, a planning tool, and is hard to just remember what you are going to do and where to place buildings to add more adjacency bonuses and stuff

I’d love to see something like that! If I remember correctly, Jon Shafer’s At the Gates did that quite well. Being able to make little notes and colour-code them can be incredibly helpful. That and nested tooltips are two things Jon Shafer included there that would be helpful for pretty much any suchlike game.

At the very least any info that you need for planning your cities, such as adjacency bonuses, need to be visible in-game in the tooltips. In the OpenDevs that was only the case in the production queue, but not for buildings on the map.

I agree. That would be nice. You know what would be even better? If the pins would give you a preview of the district yields taking into consideration current districts, queued up districts, and pin-planned districts. Since the yields in Humankind are much harder to calculate in your head than in Civ since they depend on surrounding yields, some of which might even be hidden since they are currently not exploited, the normal pin planning like in Civ would be much harder without yield previews.

Recently someone made a mod in Civ6 that would give a preview of yields of potential districts, using the base pin system. It's a huge improvement, and it would be nice if something like that could make its way into Humankind.

This would definitely be helpful with how large cities are in this game. I sometimes find myself a bit lost when trying to build on my tiles. Anything that could help me better figure out what to focus on first or allow me to look a few steps ahead in some way would be really beneficial.
