Title: [Bug][UI][Settings] More than 1 tab can be set as currently selected
Humankind version: v0.07.0143-S2 (64-bit Standalone, build: 90861)

Environment: Windows 10 (10.0.18363 Build 18363), Steam

Steps to reproduce:

Open game via Steam
Click Settings
Click 1st tab (e.g. Audio)
Click 2nd tab (e.g. Video) - this second click must come very shorty after the first
Click again 1st tab

Expected result:

Selected tab is Audio, then Video, each time highlighting appropriate Tab on the Tab Bar and displaying appropriate Settings View (first Audio Settings View, then Video Settings View).
After last tab click user is again returned to Audio Settings View.

Actual Result:

Selected tab is Audio, then both Audio and Video tabs are highlighted.
First user is presented with Audio Settings View, then Video Settings View.
Last click does nothing: user is still presented Settings from step 4., both Tabs remain highlighted.

Workaround:

After issue is present, click non-highlighted Tab.
