Title:[Bug][UI][Settings] 1st item in tab multiplied by time more than 1 tab is set as currently active

RelatedIssues:

[Bug][UI][Settings] More than 1 tab can be set as currently selected

Humankind version: v0.07.0143-S2 (64-bit Standalone, build: 90861)

Environment: Windows 10 (10.0.18363 Build 18363), Steam

Steps to reproduce:

Open game via Steam
Click Settings
Click 1st tab (e.g. Audio)
Click 2nd tab (e.g. Video) - this second click must come very shorty after the first
Click some other tab (e.g. Gameplay)
Click again 1st tab

Expected result:

At the 1st Tab there should be exactly one first item (it is, for Video Settings View there should be exactly 1 "Display mode" item, for Audio Settings View there should be exactly 1 "Enable sound" item, etc.).

Actual Result:

First item in 1st Tab is mutliplied.

Workaround:

Restart game.

Visual proof:
