I've run into something quite annoying, and it looks like this:

I've seen this "Veterancy" pop up multiple times.  I already know this information.  However, there's no button for me to say 'understood'.  The only button i can use to get rid of it says it will also not show any 'linked tutorials'.  But I have no idea if I've seen those linked tutorials, so I don't want to click this button for fear of missing something important.

This is the case on quite a number of these pop ups.  The other one that comes to mind is the one pointing out the diplomacy buttons in the top right of the screen.  I've seen it about 5 times now and the only way to get rid of it appears to be clicking on a unit or something else, or sometimes advancing the turn I think.

Well, yeah, but I'm not posting here asking for a band-aid fix.  I'm posting here so they can fix the problem.  That's what OpenDev/feedback is for.
