is there a feedback form for Lucy OpenDev?

sadly I wasn't able to finish a complete run in Lucy OpenDev.  (was too slow, and started too late)

is it possible to fill out the feedback even now, after the openDev ends?

I found a link from the last openDev, but this can be wasted time, if amplitude don't read them
