Here are the things I find inadequate while playing Lucy OpenDev.

1) No defend/move/attack shortcut while in battle. Looks like move and attack shortcuts only work when not in combat. After Battle begins one have to manually click GUI or use right mouse click for everything.

2) Removing one of my Cities/Outposts by Ransacking need to be mentioned somewhere in the game. Only after reading one of VIP members' post in the forum, I was able to try that.

3) Stability boost by garrisoned army in a City need clarifications. It seems that it applies as long as Units are standing on any kind of Districts or exploited tiles by Districts. But I could not find any explanation regarding Stability boost in the game.

4) Some Stability bonuses are shown as Unknown.

5) When using Quick Save function, no feedback appears. At least a small pop-up message, which read "Quick save is completed", graphical feedback, or audio feedback is needed.

6) Just like vassals and their Lieges, enemies of War should have some kind of graphical labels on them. It looks like that there is no way to determine diplomatic status other than seeing diplomatic screens.

7) Cultural Wonders deserve a dedicated panel or screen. Since it is an important part of gameplay. Plus, it would be nice if the location(name of City and its controller) of Wonders are listed in Cultural Wonders Screen. Regardless of diplomatic status with those Civilizations, the magnificence of Wonders would popular among the people in the world, and all people from various Civilizations would have heard of them. Thus, I think revealing such information through Cultural Wonder Screen is plausible and natural.

8) There are numerous discussions in Feedback: Combat thread, but there is something missing. We should be able to know how many turns are left when retreating Units. (although looks like it lasts 2 turns). Other modifiers upon Cities or Units do list the length of effect but not retreating.

9) Unclear Movement Speed of Units in combat.  In my gameplay I could not find anything indicating the Movement Speed of Units in combat. Does it have the same amount of Movement Speed as Base Movement Speed? And if so, does each tile cost the same amount of Movement cost? Plus, does enemies' Zone of Control affect Movement of Units? What about Fortifications/Districts tiles? We need more transparency in terms of them.

Notes: I guess that there could be some problems, which are not yet implemented as of Lucy OpenDev. (Like sleep until healed function)
