After meeting an empire, the Meet an Empire tooltip asks me to click on the Diplomatic icon. I've clicked on the diplomatic icons of the empire I've met as well as clicked through all the diplomacy panels, but when I go back the Meet an Empire tooltip is still there. It stays on the screen even after ending multiple turns. I closed it with the icon in the upper right corner but that apparently means I won't get any more tooltips related to diplomacy?

I experienced the same thing with the Veterancy panel.
