When loading a save where the auto-resolve battle feature was enabled, the feature will appear to be disabled but will still be in effect.

Steps to Reproduce

Create/load a game where the auto-resolve radio button is set to off.
Click the radio button to enable the feature.
Save & close the game.
Open the recently saved game.
Verify the auto-resolve battle radio will be disabled, and clicking it again will show an animation from enabled to disabled.

I noticed it when loading different saves, but in my current game state it's hard to reproduce.

Steps to Reproduce

Load savefile from below - attack the scout north of Mohenjo-Daro / create save prior to any auto-resolved combat and reload
Note 'Auto-Resolve' is disabled
Either confirm battle and witness the battle auto-resolve despite indicating otherwise, or click to "enable" 'Auto-Resolve' and witness it toggle back to off as it remembers it was already enabled.

Expected Behavior

The icon should remember its status if it is intended for the auto-resolve system to be a persistent toggle, otherwise the auto-resolve state should remember to reset the toggle if this is un-intended.
