Description: "Continental Rise" Deed seems to suggest it can be earned multiple times for conquering whole continents, but I never earned it despite it being available and having secured "Coast to Coast", which is basically "conquer one whole continent". Similarly, "Ptolemy" and "A Cultured Land" never triggered despite apparently meeting the requirements.

Steps to Reproduce: See save files below, not sure if this would happen in another game.

Reproducibility: They never triggered the whole game but I haven't played again so I'm not sure whether there is a condition under which this happens vs does not.
