I am not quite sure how it happens, but i think it's completely wrong... i declare a war on a nation to grab some land, i pass a turn, and when i send my troops in it says i can't do it without being at war. I thought there was a glitch, and tried again. Again i was at peace on going to next turn. At that point, i realised three of my territories had gone to that elusive enemy.
Steps to Reproduce:
Not quite sure as it is, but possibly
1. have a weak ally
2. be involved in a war with a nation
3. declare war on another enemy
Reproducibility:
N/A... happened twice in a row when i was in that set of conditions.
Expected Behavior:
If i declare war on a nation while having an AI ally, i don't want my ally to surrender giving away territories.
For one, i think we should be able to not ask an ally in a war.
Two, a nation should be able to opt out of a war (against grievance possibly).
Three, only "war leader" should be able to give out territories from another nation... not the tiny whiney ally.
