I am not using the form as I am not sure whether these are intended or unwanted behaviours as of the concept.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

1. it is possible to get a lot of units and merits staying in Neo for a long long time

in my game I stayed in neo very long an ruled my starting continent same as another player here (I like thinking outside the box)

possible exploit 1:

when changing to the second era, all the tribes will be converted to much stronger scouts (I had 120+)

2. in the later game these scouts can be upgraded to horses and even knights

possible exploit 2:

upgrading from scout to knights and horses to knights cost the same

this can be good or bad (unbalanced).

Expected behaviour: it should be feasible that upgrade costs from horses to knights are lower or scouts to knights should be higher to make it more appealing to upgrade them

possible exploit 3:

upgrading a unit will automatically restore all hitpoints

3. sea fight units vs units does not seem to be a matter of strenght

possible exploit 4:

it seems to be easy to water many weak units let these shoot down other units. The fight and strenght logic does not apply the same way for units as on land. perhaps intended or perhaps not but this way cheap units might be a surfaced u-boat like weapon to clear the seas, unless no real ships are involved.

4. research does stack up

when not advancing to the next era as soon as possible, and continueing to play in the old era (which is great you can do this opposing to Civ) all the "merits per turn" towards science will quitely stack up.
if you then change the age it is like can research all the techs in one turn because the overhead of science in stack
