Description:

During the course of the game i managed to wreck the pink nation to the southeast (in my case, the Spiffing Brit), captured it's one city. After i discovered one needed to get rid of all the units for the game to consider the nation eliminated, i hunted down all his units. Only to discover that each time i killed its last scout unit,n another one would appear, always on same spot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. download and load the following save

Haudenosaunee Turn 107-Stream.ctr

2. move view to just west of Maswizartec (southeast of the continent, see screenshot below for specific position)

3. pass the turn and see a unit appear out of nowhere (not move, spawn)

optional: kill it and see it appear in same position (or close if you place a unit on the spawn point)

Expected Behaviour:

Game should memorise which tutorial stuff i've read, at least within a game.
