Starting a new thread because this is a new issue

I am able to launch the game now, but after the video introducing the closed-beta is done I am stuck on this screen with Edgar Allen Poe. The animation played very smoothly but there's nothing else to click on or interact with

Can you try to repair/reinstall the 2019 ones ? 

You should find a copy of them here :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2019\VC_redist.x64.exe
