Right near the end of the 200 turn limit I am consistently encountering a game breaking bug. 

It starts off with the small bug that I am sure you are aware of where you are unable to end the turn because of an army action being frozen and unable to be completed. 

Usually saving and reloading is enough to fix that bug but that does not work here.

When I try to reload I am hit with this error message I was just barely able to screen capture for the split second it was on screen.

Oddly enough, I get the same error message when I try to start a new game or load any other save afterwards too. The only way for me to play the game again is to exit completely and restart the game. Additionally, trying to close the game at this point takes me to a black screen where I am forced to end the task from task manager. Really curious what is going on here.
