1. The first tile of movement in a turn for each unit is free
  2. Boats don't realize they will need to cross land to disembark, and assume that somewhere in the fog of war they will be able to move onto land for free (Also note that the boat is still at 6/6 Movement, despite having moved one tile) 
  3. The game still gives you the "Idle Army" alert for remaining movement points, even if the army has an action queued up that it can't complete this turn (i.e embarking, or disembarking)
