When I see the "Offer Surrender" button on the War Resolution screen, I'm always confused by its meaning and have to think through how it's being used on this screen. "Offer surrender" is a strange phrase in English, and it can be interpreted in two opposite ways:
Offer (our own) surrender (to the enemy), or
Offer (the enemy the chance to) surrender (to us)
The first use is how Humankind means it, but the second use is how I always interpret it. Do other people feel this way?
To remove the ambiguity, could we change "Offer Surrender" to just "Surrender", so our two options would be "Surrender" and "Force Surrender".
