Description:

I completed a game and started a new game. When starting the new game I changed the characters. Later upon loading an old save I noticed the characters had the same names and traits but the wrong portraits. The portraits are all of characters that I had changed to in the new save.

Here you can see the exact same save after having started a new game with different characters. Notice both portraits are wrong as the character should be Edgar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a new game and manually save. You will need to actually discover an AI to see the bug.

2. Start a second new game and change characters for each color.

3. Load first save (you do no even need to save the second game). When you enter the diplomacy menu you should see all new people.

Expected Behavior:

Well I expected the characters to look the same after I load an old save.
