I've also been getting this. The game just seems to constantly desyncronise and say 'internet connection lost'. This is not the case as neither computers we play on show any internet loss, other websites and things we are doing remain uninterrupted. It only happens while playing Humankind. I see lots of people on reddit and other forums complaining about this, so it is obviously a Humankind issue. It's an absolute nightmare and so many hours wasted.
