[PC/Steam, v1.0.01.0059-S10] Stuck in battle with no progress for 5+ minutes, reload does not help

Description:

Unable to finish battle because it's "Opponent's turn", even though all opponent units already finished. Two potentially important details:

This is naval battle between naval and embarked units;
There are potential reinforcements present on battlefield from my side;

Steps to reproduce:

Load "Teutons Turn 125" save
Open battle in seas.
Observe battle stuck in "Opponent's turn"

Expected behavior:

I should be able to play the game or use workaround to continue playing without being completely stuck.

have you tried:

loading an older autosave +1 or +2 turns before. try to alter the things you did a bit. if you do exactly the same things it is more likely to happen.

I did, it's already third battle that this happened (second naval battle in row). If I will be stuck on all naval battles - game is unplayable for me at this state.

Same thing happening to me.

I tried loading an older save, but if a naval battle commences with some reinforcements, land and naval units, the game just stays stuck on the attacker turn to play.

lame, lost all my save to this

I had the issue too. The AI get's into a loop trying to find the best move and it seems like the devs forgot to add a timer that limits how long it can try to take it's turn.
