Try saving the game manually and loading the very same save file. 

If the issue is, that your next turn doesn't start (and not that the last one doesn't finish) this should help.

Save exactly when the turn is pending ( the spinning wheel occurs ), and then load the savegame. This works for me.

I ran into this problem already twice. I played 3 Games so far, 1 was fine, the rest had this Turn pending problem.

I could test this workaround (manual save) only in the last game. It only fixed that problem for me for that specific turn. Every other turn from here on i ran into this same spinning problem again. I had to do the manual save/load on each and every turn from there on. Depending on how far the game is already proceed, playing with this method is a real pain.

I can only hope, that the pending turn problem has top priority for the developers. This Bug is a real Game Killer.

I have similar issue, It wont pass Turn 328.  It has the icon for "Order your army to compete its movement".  I click on it and nothing happens.  All the armies have finished their turn.  Normally when you press that it shows you the army in question.  it is not showing anything. it just does nothing.  I have saved and reloaded multiple times.
