[PC/STEAM] Winning unlocks lots of achievements that shouldn't get unlocked

I played through the game (single player), most settings customized. Nation difficulty on largest map and longest playtime (600 turns). I won the game by score and as expected a lot of achievements were unlocked. But quite a few of those that unlocked shouldn't have:

The achievement about reaching all eras first: I did reach the last era first, but I did collect a lot of the stars in earlier eras and did not reach the eras first.

The achievement for winning on difficulty "Humankind": As I said I played on Nation difficulty for my first playthrough, so I shouldn't have gotten this one. I also got the one for "Metropolis", but I'm not sure if the difficulty achievement should get triggered when you play at a higher than stated difficulty. (Civ 6 has a lot of "on difficulty x or higher" achievements, so I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen)

The achievement for winning a game in which you have declined every demand. There were a couple times when I accepted demands for various reasons, so this shouldn't have unlocked.

The achievement for winning without declaring war on anyone: Yeah, no. I definitely declared war. A lot. ;-)

Had the same thing yesterday. I've got all the achievements connected with winning the game in all the possible difficulties. I think. there are some problems with the achievements algorithm.

I noticed that it also happens when you're in an alliance or vassal with someone else, you will get achievements for stuff they do.

I had the same bug for winning achievements, with the following triggered although invalid:

Disconnected - Win a game with the AI difficulty set to Nation.
Terminated - Win a game with the AI difficulty set to Humankind. (I played with full default initial setting i.e. metropolis difficulty)
Talk to the Hand - Finish a game where you refused every received demand.
The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth - Win a game without declaring any wars.
Flawless - Win a game against an Expert AI Persona.

I also obtained in same game although neither were valid and are not even compatible:

Pacesetter - Be the first to reach all six Eras in a single game.
From Zero to Hero - Be first to reach a new Era after reaching the previous Era last.

One hypothesis: loading games resets various conditions. But that does not explain how the game concluded that I played against expert AIs in humankind difficulty.
