After winning against a sally from a siege by timeout, and then resieging the city (to capture it) the defender deploys a Pentekonter unit on land inside his walls.

The Pentekonter unit acts completely passive, and can be attacked by melee units while on land.

This occured after defeating every unit on the side of the city owner except the ship, including all millitia units. See the attached saves and screenshots for more detail.

TO REPRODUCE

1. Load the first file, and defeat the remaining land units in the battle for Knossos. Do not kill the Pentekonter unit.

2. On the following assault, opt for a manual battle, and do not change your deployment.

3. The Pentekonter unit should be present on the indicated tile.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Pentekonter unit should not be able to deploy on land, and should instead be present on a valid sea tile.
