Opponent(Byzantines)'s War support is not 0 but I could force them to surrender. It happened at the turn I declared war, captured 1 city. I demanded one of my allies, and they accepted that demand. Strange thing is that I received an offer from Byzantines. I clicked the button and this screen popped up. Yet I don't know why this happened. I'm uploading my save file.
