The enemy atacked me when I sieged him. At this situation i beat all his land units and he left only with boats. Both sides can't atack each other. I know I can wait 5 turns until this battle is over, but there should be somekind of algoritm that predicts this kind of situation and finish battle earlier when this occurs as a draw, but this could be nice possibility of blocking defending the coastal city with ships, atacking the sieging army and had one ship in territory of battle so it is not possible to win this by sieging army with only melee units, even when I control the area of city. I know the soulution would be to have some archers with sieging army, but in reality, when city is occupied by military units only ships can't hold it.

I think good solution would be that when sieged army is atacking sieging army they would recive a flag in city (2 flags at all, sieging and sieged army). Any sides If they lost it at the end of third round, the city is lost. Imo this would be fair solution
