There is written that it should show FIMS bonuses that I will gain or lose by building it in new tile. But when I am using relocation outpost option, when I am looking for new place it is not showing exploitation from neibouring tiles.In fact it is not even the diffrence between new tile and old one, it is only FIMS of the tile that I am going to use, not even compare to the old one.
