Same problem since two weeks already. They released two patches in that time, but it hasn’t been fixed.

same problem here, keeps disconnecting quite frequently. Perhaps the problem is more persistent after the updates.

This has been a major issue for me as well. I got three of my buddies to get this game and we are constantly running into lost connection issues. I have tried everything I have read to fix it, but it just seems like they cannot reproduce the issue. I understand that from a dev perspective, but damn all I want to do is play the game I paid for. I don't play games single player, so there is no point to even have the game any longer. If they need to directly connect to me (or any of my friends who are having the issue) to attempt to reproduce I would be more than willing to do so.

Still waiting an answer or solution from developers. Are there any road map to fix it?

Some friends I play Humankind on Friday nights and we have had 3-4 disconnects each night over the last few weeks. It really makes the game pretty unplayable after awhile. Probably going to move onto something else until the desync/disconnect issues are resolved. 

I've tried playing multiplayer with myself as the only human player against all AIs and I still get desyncs (connection lost error). This problem is on the game side, and players should not have to tip toe around this bug by changing their "gameplay behavior" to avoid desyncing. My guess is you're trying to be helpful, but I don't want to change my gameplay behavior. I want the game to work properly. I do hope you understand and don't take that personally.
