I'm at war with A.

65-55 war support.

I sign an alliance with B.

A is forced to surrender to me as if they had 0 war support remaining.

Note that demanding your ally to declare war on A will not change anything.

Thank you for your feedback.

I've had a look at your situation and here's what happens:

B and you sign an Alliance;
B gains a grievance against A, stating A should surrender to you and uses it as a demand;
A accept the demand, leading to the force surrender;

In this cases, A's decision to accept the demand was not the smartest it could have made (we can improve that), but rules-wise, it is legal. I hope it clarify the situation a bit.
