Description:After discovering wheel in turn 48 ( and only in this turn) the army (1. Armia Zachod) moves 6 fields and not 4 -> 0,5 movement point for roads. This mached not the information in the tooltip. This matched probably the outdated info in the wiki from previous versions of the game.

Expected Behavior: Movement cost for roads should be 1 (see tooltip)
