How much later on slow speed? I've been in this era long enough to collect gold on all but 2 and it still shows a 300 reward for those. I'm in the medieval era. Every era fame total I've had and everyone's total fame ends with a 0, which would indicate that it is not decreasing at all or happening to late for it to have an effect. This makes me want to stay longer in each era to pick up the maximum fame.

Exact number i know only for the normal speed. After 10 turns the reward decreases with 1,5 point per turn.

I've only played on slow and never saw the star rewards go down.

Had no idea this even existed on normal game speed.
