My achievements for Swordpay, Price Cuts, and Hard Rock Knife seems to stop counting. 

My counters for these achievements have been stuck at 4 for sometime and these achievements seemed to have stopped progressing.

All other achievements, aside from Omnist and Wonder-Full still seem to be advancing, but these three seem stuck. 

Any tips for getting these achievements to start working again?

I finally got the counter to move.  What I think happened is that I got the counter to 4 then there was a patch at some point that reset this counter.  So in the game I'm playing now where I made a concentrated effort to hire armies I got the counter back above 4 again.

It's either this or these achievements really mean for me to hire 20 armies in one game and it doesn't specify that in the achievement.
