Description:

When trying to place an outpost where a tradepost is, the resource tooltip of the outpost is completely covered by the tradepost icon/window.

Steps to reproduce:

create a trade route, wait for a tradepost in a neutral territory to appear, try to place an outpost on the hex of the tradepost.

Expected behaviour:

The tooltip of the resources for the outpost is clearly shown.

Actual behaviour:

The outpost icon/window covers the tooltip.
