On turn 5 of this game I start pillaging a wildlife sanctuary with my starting tribesmen unit having already amassed 35 food. The 5 food pillaging the sanctuary should be just enough to reach 40 and add another tribesmen to my starting army. However, when the pillaging completes on turn 6, no additional tribesmen unit spawns in my starting army and its food counter has reset to 0.
