Hello! 

In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following: 

• Your last two auto-saves, and any other saves you think may help show the problem. Your saves are by default located:
  - PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files

• A video of the issue, in which is seen : a turn before the issue-> the turn the issue occurs

It seems universal, not specific to my particular playthrough.

And the voice lines are selected at random when the avatar greets the player each turn, so it can be (or can not be) any turn at all. A turn where it doesn't occur would simply be one where the game randomly selects an entirely different greeting line. When it selects the quoted line, the issue happens every single time.

Given that I wasn't recording or broadcasting anyway, the video seems like a lot of work for something that ought to be very easy to duplicate and that I hope I've clearly described here.
