Hello! 

In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following:

        - Information about the system you are playing on. To get this information:
* PC: From the Windows desktop, press the Windows and R keys to open the Run window. In the Open: field of the Run window, type dxdiag. Click OK or the Enter key to open the DirectX* Diagnostic Tool.
* Mac: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203001
         - Your last two auto-saves, and any other saves you think may help show the problem. Your saves are by default located:
* PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files
* Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Save Files
          - A screenshot. To get a screenshot:         

       *PC:  

• Steam: Default hotkey for a screenshot is F12 

• EGS: Use the windows print screen button, or press start and type in snipping tool/Snip and Sketch and create a new snip of the area you want to make a screenshot of.
  * Mac: Steam default hotkey for a screenshot is F12, but if that does not work press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3.
   - Video capturing the problem.
