In the Polish description of the Taj Mahal, an incorrect / wrong definition of the word "Settled" was used. The definition used is for a city that was founded ("założone" in Polish), as in the case of/by settlers.
And it should be the one that suits a city with peaceful/calm/settled moods. Which, according to the game, means a city with a stability index higher than 90%.
Screenshots attached showing the description of the miracle in the Encyclopedia and in the miracle selection panel, marked in red.
My translation suggestion would be: "Funduszy na: stabline miasto", (which is an adjective) literally "Funds for: a stable city". At the same time, it should be remembered that in the description of the Stability Index you used the word "Stabilizacja", for the state above 90%, which is a noun. So maybe it is worth extending the description a bit and for the sake of clarity to write: "Funduszy na: miasto, które osiągnęło Stabilizację", literally "Funds for: a city that has achieved stabilization".
