Bug Description: On turn 116, upon clicking end turn, end turn stays on turn pending after 40+ minutes.

Remedies Taken: Restarting game, going back 2+ saves and playing, choosing to NOT go up an era, choosing to go up era (hence 1 save as Aksumites, one as Swahili)

Game Settings: Single Player

Speed: Normal

Difficulty: Empire

Players: 10

Map Size: Huge

Era: Classical (Aksumites), Medieval (Swahili), Classical(Aksumites)->Medieval(Swahili)

I have attached the turn 116 save as Aksumites, turn 116 save as Swahili, and 2 last autosaves as well.

Ah I think the Steam Cloud downloads filenames starting with % was causing issues. I have renamed them and the links work now.
