“This file is using at least one additional piece of content that is either missing or disabled.” I don’t know why it says “deluxe” on the save because I never bought the deluxe version, I got it for free on xbox gamepass. Can anyone help? I have tried reinstalling and restarting the game and console but nothing yet.

Sorry for the slightly slow reply, but I had to discuss this with our producers first.

If you're playing through GamePass, we can't directly fix the issue, but I was told if you reach out to Microsoft Support and explain the situation, they should give you a key to the Deluxe Edition so you can access your save games again.
