How to play as Twitch Persona

Hello I unlocked a few years ago two Twitch streamer Personas and now I finally have Humankind. I connacted all 3 Accounts (Twitch, Steam, Amplifiers) and these two are in the game but only as "enemy" AI and are not playable for me. I would like to know how to play as them or is it just not possible?
