I recently reinstalled Humankind with the new DLC that was just released for free if gotten before May 10th. Well, when I started creating the map I was going to play on, while selecting the competitors in a single player game, the Leonardo Davinci and one of the other leaders received when I completed the challenges for them months ago where simply not there. I checked the challenges and it is now saying that I didn't complete them when I know for a fact that I did because I spent HOURS focusing my gameplay towards completing those challenges.

Have you checked if you are still logged to amplifiers in the game? This sometimes gets cleared after a patch. Not sure this will fix your issue though.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did verify that I was still logged in to Amplifiers in the game. Even refreshed the avatar information. Had to be logged in anyways to see the challenges. I know I had unlocked Leonardo Da Vinci and La Catrina. I only had 3 total challenges left to complete to unlock the last leader and now it shows that some challenges previously completed are now not done. But it's not like game breaking or making me not want to play. Just really a minor annoyance. If it can be fixed, wonderful. If not, oh well. Loving this game too much to let a little thing like this stop me from playing.

This one is just a bug that has to be fixed by the devs (although you are still able to re-earn them).
