i get a message thats some error came up and ,because it woudnt activate on steam i should ask for help,if refresching dont work.

I get a similar result. I signed up, linked Steam, gave Sega permission, but all I get is an error message:
This pops up after accepting and it goes to the game description popup.
Any clue on this?
